Minutes. Hours. Days. Weeks. Months. Years. They are all the same to a man lost at sea. He thought he was imagining things when a single sand dune appeared in his watery path. A single sand dune in the middle of an infinite ocean. He stepped out, land beneath his feet for essentially the first time in his life. Then, a vision. The direction of civilization, literally and figuratively, was shown like a projection. The Prophet then knew what to do with the rest of his life. Civilization, however, disagreed, and stoned him to death. At least the The Prophet may finally rest on a still surface.
